Baniya Banker Privacy Policy

Baniya Banker is a score and settlement tracker for home card games. It has no user accounts and is designed to know as little about you as possible.

What we collect

• Display name and avatar. Whatever name you type when joining a game, and the emoji you pick. These are visible to the other players in your game room only.
• Game data. The bets, pots, and results of the session you are playing, so scores can be tracked and settled.
• A random device identifier. Generated on your device so you can reconnect to a game if the app restarts. It is not linked to your identity.

What we do not collect

No email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, photos, advertising identifiers, or analytics. The app processes no payments and handles no money. Any settlement between players happens entirely outside the app.

Retention

Game data lives on the server only while a session is active and is deleted automatically when the session ends or after a few hours of inactivity. Nothing is retained long-term and nothing is shared with or sold to anyone.
